My ecu is not sending any signal on pin a17 to the compressor ground. My ac switch lights up green but nothing. If I ground the relay it kicks right on. Am I missing a ground somewhere for the ecu? Please help.

First, is there refrigerant in the system? Compressor will not cycle if its empty. Then I would check the power to relay to see if its getting signal. Swap out relays with horn relay etc. Start there. A cabin harness should be the last resort.

 

I already check all relays and they are good. If I ground the clutch relay it kicks right away but im not getting a ground signal from the computer. The condenser fan works too but only when I ground it too.

 

Ok great. But is there refrigerant?
