TN 99 Si b18c type R swap, 5 lug, recaros, etc.
This is one of the cleanest civics you will see in person. It was strictly a show car/garage queen until recently when I bought it from Ben Frost earlier this year. Some of you may know it, some may not. Almost every piece of this car has been renewed or replaced. It has a custom paint job, black with blue pearl. It's barely visible until the sun hits it and then it looks like a bass boat. I'll try to cover the mods list as well as I can but I didn't do any of the work except I have replaced both axles recently and tinted the windows. Everything else was done by Ben.
Exterior:
Complete custom paint job. Painted without glass in the car. Nothing was taped off. It looks like a factory job.

Every stock 10mm on the car has been replaced with polished allen bolts
New rubber seals, fender liners, mudflaps, etc

Stock b18c Type R Swap on stock ecu the swap has less than 50XXX on it. Less than 10,xxx since the timing belt, water pump and tensioner were replaced.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a zillion small things. The car is very clean and it drives great. I always compare it to an S2k. That's how it feels to me. It handles like its on rails, it's about as fast as an s2k and it brakes like one, it's just fwd, unfortunately. I'm only selling it because I don't really need it. Car will also come with extra parts that I have for it including, new stainless brake lines, stock si steering wheel with airbag, a/c compressor, p/s pump, etc...
