Default Upgrades to 01 V6 Accord coupe

I'm not sure what my time is with 0-60.... But, then again I have the auto, so I built it for highway driving...

my complete build has made a huge!!!! Difference in pick up and top speeds for sure

my advise, is because it's auto, don't even consider building a 0-60 accord.... Build it for its top end speeds and torque. That's where you'll feel the gains.

ill list everything step by step that I did below

first, I removed stock intake (as well as intake resonator)
replace with AEM short ram intake
while I was there I threw in a throttle body spacer.
from there I replaced all spark plugs and water pump and belts (gates)

then it was time to complete the breathing...
i went with DC sports headers, removed the cat with a straight pipe... From there I removed all exhaust resonators and did 3" stainless pipe from the straight pipe back to 2,3" megan racing exhausts... The sound and gains are significant to say the least...

thats where I am now, I also did -2 degree camber front and -3 degree camber rear... Also Megan racing
and did a 2" drop with Megan racing springs as well..

Obviously with that drop and camber I went with larger rims as well....

im considering doing the heads as well, to be honest I'm not sure if it would be worth the $2,600 price tag
but, if I do that I'll keep you posted

Default Upgrades to 01 V6 Accord coupe

Hey all,
my first post here..
Im in the process of building my 01 coupe.. V6 ex
i have already done most of the upgrades that I've planned out
AEM short ram
DCsports headers(ceramic)
stright pipe
3" stainless straight back(no resonators)
dual Megan exhaust
2" drop
-2 degree camber front
-3 degree camber rear
17"x9.5" (BBS RS replica)front and rear

at this point I'm somewhat happy with how she's performing... It is an automatic,unfortunately.. so I'm very limited on low end gains I know... But my questions are,
does anyone know of automatic transmition upgrades that would still be reliable as an every day driver?
And also.. Would upgrading my intake manifold and doing the heads be worth it on an automatic trans.?
one last question, somewhat off topic.... I replaced my factory steering wheel for a smaller racing wheel... And now, due to the removal of that, wheel I accelerate too quickly my traction control goes bazerk... Is there a way of disconnecting the TCS now that it's not controlled by the switch on the steering wheel?
