Default 2000 accord no start ecu/fuse help

When I attempt to start my accord I'm getting everything but a crank . Like not even an attempt to turn over .

ive checked everything over and came to the starter . Checked it and it's good .

I don't know much on Honda . && I don't know which fuse or relay to check .
any help ?

no I'm grounded good . It's the starter relay I think . Not sure where to find it . Or another fuse that controls the ignition . My ignition lights up tho
