Hi guys & girls,

Thinking of spraying 98 EK Long Beach Blue Pearl B510P but I haven't seen this colour in real life for myself. Has anybody here sprayed an EK this colour and what is your thoughts on it, does the EK's suit it?
Does the colour change depending on how many mid coats (pearl coats) you put over the base coat?.......Is there number on how many pearl coats is too much?

Feedback and photos is much appreciated.

 

The color looks nice.
Reminds me of em1 blue in pictures, not sure what color code that is.

The more pearl coats added, the more more pearl effect the car has.

It should have at least 3 coats of pearl, after 3, I dont think it will look good.

That pearl won't be cheap, especially for 3 coats on a car.

I tried out a few different shades on paint cards and have chosen 3 base coat and 2 pearl coats for the shade I want.

 

No problem.
