Default 00 EM1 - Steering wheel shakes at 60MPH+

Ok so I have been trying to get my A/C fixed, it was missing the idler pulley, bracket and 2 bolts. I found someone selling one on craigs and installed it myself. Obviously I had to install a belt now too, in order to put the belt on you have to detach the torque engine mount, it's Part # 9 in the image uploaded. To make it easier accessible I raised the car just enough for the driver side tire to be lifted and removed. After installing the A/C belt I put everything together in this order, A/C belt and all its components, torque engine mount, tire, and then power steering and all its components. I left power steering and ac belt parts somewhat loose so that I can tension belts to its respective tension, once i felt belts were proper I locked all surrounding bolts in to its position. Well after putting all that together and trying to run A/C I came across a new problem, compressor doesn't turn on, probably because there is absolutely no fr-ion, I properly checked with gauges, completely empty. I also discovered the condenser fan is bent in and looks kinda melted... So, whatever I was done for the day, I took a short smooth drive home.... The steering wheel felt a little different but I didn't think much of it at the moment. The next morning on my way to work I noticed the steering wheel shaking unlike ever before. Once I got to about 65 I noticed the Steering wheel vibrating like crazy shaking my hand like I have Parkinsons. The shaking didn't really have an effect on the handling and if i let go of the wheel the alignment still seems okay because it stays center but the steering wheel still shakes violently left to right from heavy vibrations and I dont understand why.. I used a compressor impact to take the wheel off and on..... I had no left over hardware.. Every bolt removed was properly locked in by hand after... What could it be? I tried to get my tires balanced today but they closed before I arrived so now I have to wait till tomorrow... Thats the only thing i could think of... But its so weird that it didnt do that before and all of a sudden after I did this little work this new problem arises..

Default 2000 Civic Si - How to change bolt pattern from 4 to 5?

I can't seem to find anything online about the subject tied directly to the EM1, has anyone here changed their bolt pattern from 4 lug to 5 lug?

Using a torque wrench, torque ALL of your lug nuts to 80ft.lbs.

Currently I'm bored at work so...how hard did you try to find something specific online about this conversion?

I ask because googling "em1 5 lug conversion" gave some pretty specific results.

I'm old and maybe nobody uses google any longer. Anyway, good luck with your car.

I had them checked and the driver side wheel cant be balanced. Its warped somehow or the tires are bad but most likely the rim is warped... I dont know how or why but the guy put like 30 weights on it and said hes not allowed to put more than that and it stilled wouldnt balance.

Well that wheel is bent, and probably the cause of the shaking.

Default How to fix my front driver side wheel/suspension? It sits negative, other wheels dont

Exactly as the post says, I recently tried to have my tire balanced and the passenger was balanced with like 2 weights, but the guy put like 30 on the other and still couldnt balance it, after putting the unbalanced wheel back on we noticed that particular wheel sits negative. What part may be causing this??? Im thinking about getting 4lug to 5 lug conversion, would this fix it?

Replace the wheel. A used or new wheel shouldn't be too expensive.

Putting that many weights on sounds like the wheel is bent
