Default ecu

Will a p75 ecu work with an f23a1 vtec motor? Also will an f22a6 wiring harness work on it as well? I know I will need to wire in the vtec..

P75 is from an Integra I believe, google the complete part number to be sure it is not an AT or non VTEC ECU.
F22A6 will work with modification, but an F22B1(SOHC VTEC) from a 94/95 Accord would probably be better suited if you plan on back dating to OBD1 and using a chipped/piggybacked ECU.
