So I bought this 96 accord from a friend for cheap and he was told the camshaft had broken and it needed a new one. My question is should i replace the camshaft or just get a whole new head\motor? which is the better option? my thing is i plan to swap the motor in the future anyways, i just need it running for now until i have money for a swap. also on the new motor option i was curious if i could fit a 2.3l sohc vtech f23a in without having to change much other stuff for the time being? i would definitely get a new ecu and stuff in the near future, but would it still run well enough for short trips to work and back? sorry im sort of new to hondas and am unsure about all of the swap options
