Sell my EGR valve in my 1995 Accord EX just went out, instead of replacing it I was thinking about doing the EGR delete kit I just want to know what kind of problems it could create or what else I have to do with the delete kit

 

You can block off the valve with a small plate but you will have a persistent code 12 and check engine light. Be warned that you will gain nothing from removing your EGR system, you will not make more power. All you will do is lose fuel economy and increase emissions.

I just had issues with my EGR valve and apparently the "valve lift sensor" often gets stuck. It's the small black plastic box on top of the metal valve. Try cleaning the sensor before you go through deleting your EGR.
