SUP!

I have a '06 civic hybrid. Wifey drives this as a courier and the seats are NOT comfortable.

I was wondering if anybody has tried fitting the same generation sedan Si front seats in the hybrid?

It'd be swell if Could just buy some Si seats and bolt them right in, since the Si seats are always comfortable. Her OEM seats have the side airbag too same as the Si so this SHOULD make my life easier.

 

Can't see a reason it wouldn't work. Just make sure that the brackets come out with the seats and the Si brackets go in. The seat belts would have to be unbolted from the seats prior to removal as well.

unplug the sensors after you disconnect the battery.

 

i bit the bullet and bought one driver seat after a local deal for both fronts fell through. Fit perfect! Too bad it's just as uncomfortable as the dumb stock one. All the seats in this generation should bolt up the same.
