2001 Honda Accord LX V6 Misfires
So I have had my Accord for a few years now and in the past few months there have been misfires in all six cylinders. I have changed the following:
Spark Plugs
Ignition Coils
EGR Valve
I don't know which to look at as the culprit next. The O2 Sensor, the fuel pump/filter or whatever else can cause it. Since it is all six I am guessing the mixture is off. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

It's a blinking CEL
Verify and adjust the valves. They should be checked every 30K miles. Most likely the exhaust valves have tight/no clearance which will cause a loss of compression and a misfire.
