Default Mystery noise - front left wheel area

2003 Odyssey EX-L; 209000 miles and counting. When turning to the right, there's a grinding noise occurring. At low speed, it's a constant clicking, grinding noise. At moderate speed, like turning a corner, it's a whomp-whomp-whomp sound, like a out-of balance tire (it's not the tire; just had 4 new ones put on). Sound occurs whether accelerating or coasting. Mechanic diagnosed as CV joint and possibly the sway bar links, so I replaced them (Honda axle, Moog sway bar links and frame-to-bar bushings). Noise is still there. Now wondering what else could be making the noise. Wheel bearing? Again, noise only occurs when turning to the right. Thanks for the help!

Wheel bearing.

Or maybe the brake backing plate is contacting the disc when you turn.
