I have I have a 98 Honda Accord with 2.3L. my AC is blowing my AC is blowing hot air I have looked over and gotten some instructions and some wiring schematics. I've come to this conclusion I have voltage coming out of my compressor relay.. By the way I have eliminated the relay for being the issue I have a new fuse box installed.. Both the condenser and cooling fans come on and I have chased the wire that feeds this relay from the PCM 32 PM terminal number 17 I have correct voltage coming out of there I have not found any open wire that would hinder or ground out my system the only thing that I know is that possibly is to condemn my PCM because for some reason my compressor is not receiving signal to come on I can use a jumper wire on the number one or number 2 Terminal and make it engage and come on and blow cold air so I know the compressor is good anyone have any advice of what I can do now
