98 Honda Accord 2.3 liter... Having problems with AC. Have done tons of research and gotten a wiring schematics but still having issues that I cannot Trace. To be simple and to the point I have replaced my fuse box under the hood. The condenser fan comes on once the thermostat switch is thermostat switch is turned on but the compressor will not engage. Firstly I got diagrams and schematics and chest the relay wire back to the PCM wire seems good. But when you turn on the AC condenser fan comes on AC compressor does not engage and the condenser fan fuse blows. I disconnected the compressor turned on the AC switch and fuse still blows I plugged the compressor back up and unplug the condenser fan still blows the fuse once I turn the AC on I really do not know which way to turn now hoping someone on here can give me some help.

 

i must be missing something cause you say the fuse blows but the fan works

 

No not missing any thing .. not a typo. .. I can't explain it but the condenser fan comes on regardless if the fuse is blown
