ok. well a freind of mine had a 94 ex.. ya luck fool
well not so lucky

driving at the mall he got slammed by another lady. she had some issues insurance wise. anyways. they are totally out his car they will only give him 3000 for it. So i am like wth.. for a 94 only 3K?
For 1. it wasnt his fault, and i think they should HAVE to fix it. Why must he suffer since it wasnt his fault.
2. only 3k i repeat. for a 94 EX?

So we call and the insurance told him that if he can prove that going worth of a area's Ex and Lx models. He has a chance of getting close to 4.5k. We told the insurance that he should be able to get enough money to find a car that is sufficent enough and reliable as his car. it wasnt his fault, thus why should he be out of a good running, soild car?

question is: how or who knows bout those searches where you list every single accord in an 100 mile radius. i ve seen it on here before when, "wont be beat" was looking for a car?

from autotrader.com I guess it depends on the mileage though. only 1 car out of those had over 90k miles. plus I guess they will only ask to see private sales, but that still is ridiculously low.

my ex-chick just got a LX97 for 6000+-
pretty new and not much wears and tears

 

well i think it just sucks that if YOU get hit and its totalled your screwed. if it was his fault , i could see getting the shaft. But i wonder now, if i am at a light and someone smashes me. i am out of pocket several grand

 

my accord was also totalled in an acciden that wasn't my fault. Insurance company was nice to me.. They gave me $7000 for my 94 EX. Guy looked at my mods and gave me money for them... So what did I do with the money?? Found another identical 94 Accord EX and bought a JDM H22...

 

just face it. Insurance companies are like sadistic proctologists.
