Ok, heres the deal , Im at the end of my project nothing special , 91 Lx Sedan OBD1 converted w/b16a2 everything in swap is done all the wiring everything , my issue is , i can not get the car to crank (my ignition is missing and have a switch panel to install but for now it is "hot wired") whenever i add power to the starter wire nothing happens (i should add everything in my car works all power everything and they all work except for my turns and hazards ) a relay under my stereo clicks and my starter relay does not , i have tried to bypass it and it still will not start ) there is a small electronic hum from under the dash when power is running thru the car .. I can jump the starter manually and it will crank , i have been trying to figure this out for over a month now , and im to my end with this car , so before i toss it to the curb and cut my losses I thought I might try here ... also this is not main relay related in anyway , (ive got like 5 laying around and still the same thing) all of my fuses are good - the only thing missing from the car is the AC under hood chassis sub-harness I do not want to run a hot wired starter so this is not a option , i would like to fix whatever the **** is wrong thanks , ask any additional info needed to help diagnoses the issue i am home all day @ the garage trying to figure this out

 

Did you paint the transmission?
Or at least verify the ground on the trans?

 

thanks you for the thought , i went thru and checked all the grounds again and one was broken , it will crank now , its amazing how you get lost in frustration and forget the little things

 

What ground was broken, running from where to where? 94

 

More than likely the transmission to body ground.
