Running an 1996 integra circle track. After about 75% of the race is over. It will hesitate when I get back on the throttle wot. So it only does it when hot. Any other time it runs perfect. New cap, rotor, plugs and wires. What it does it that it will sputter for about 3 seconds then pick back up like normal all the way till time to let out. I would think if it was starving for fuel it would be at the end of the track rather than the start. And keep in mind, it's only when hot. Any ideas would be appreciated.
