Accord 96 LED Headlight bulbs

Accord 96 LED Headlight bulbs
Hello Everyone,
I am trying to install H1 Led headlight bulbs instead of regular H1 bulbs to my accord 96 but these Led bulbs don't work. I went to the shop from where I bought for return but the salesman told me to change the position of the wires. After that I tried to find but there is only one wire which has a black panel where the bulb fits and nothing else. Can someone please help me to installs these led bulbs?
