Noob here just bought my first honda, a94 5spd cd5 f22b.

yes ive done plenty of searching/ reading. still slightly confused.

found a whole running 01 prelude h22a4 auto that i want to use for a h22 swap

from what i understand everything is a direct swap
drop in motor with harness and ecu
will my manual trans bolt up to an auto motor? i assume id also have to find a manual h22 ecu to run my 5 speed?
also the h22 is obd2 and car its going in is obd1 but does it matter if im using harness and ecu from the h22?
will i have to do any converting or splicing
