PCV valve replacement interval

What is the replacement interval for the PCV valve on a 2008 Civic? Can these be cleaned with solvent as an alternative to replacement? I currently have about 80K miles on the last one I put in and am considering replacing it.

145k on mine and still haven't had to replace it
