I wanted to know, where is a good place for 99-00 Si-R body parts that are actually good quality. I'm working on an Si-R conversion. Mechanically I won't be changing anything up, it's already modified. But in terms of cosmetics is there any good sites for lips. I would almost prefer OEM vs something cheap, also I do have the Si-R cluster. Aside from seats are there any other Si-R cosmetic updates for the 99-00, like steering wheel? Was the EM1 Si-R still a 4 spoke, or was 3 spoke steering wheel?

 

Oh boy...well canada ain't got one. But any US honda oem site has a diagram. Just look up the 99-00 civic si.

 

I was just more curious as where to get OEM Si-R lips and skirt. I called my local dealer to see what pricing would be, they only have black ones, the color ones were discontinued, also the cost $672 each!!!!! (not that I was surprised).

To clarify on the steering wheel, for EM1 was there ever a 3 spoke? JDM?

 

Four spoke steering wheel. Cosmetic difference on the si is the grill and front lip. Paint is all one color(side skirts and moldings along with the grill and front lip.

Also, if buying new owm body parts like lip ans side skirts, you will pay too much! Find a used lip, match the colour at a bodyshop, and have your stock skirts painted, as that's ll they are. A cheap steering wheel option in Canada leather wrapped is out of the 97-00 Acura EL that can be found at a local pick n pull for like $20
