anyone using this wideband?
I'm in the market for a wideband and I found this one but can't find anyone that's using one.
It's a WB APSX D2. found on wide-band.com
It's a lot cheaper than AEM or Innovative.
Anyone have any experience with it?

LSU 4.2, pass. The 4.9 is so much more robust of a sensor that I wouldn't bother with anything that uses a 4.2.
Other than that, the thing that usually separates the good controllers from the rest is heater control. Poor heater control eats up sensors. I have no idea where the one you posted stands on that front.

there's a guy selling an innovative LC2 with everything but the gauge for $100 shipped but by the time I get a gauge I'm still at around $180. I can't decide if that's worth it or not
I'm a PLX user. Gen 4 (uses LSU 4.9) is 189.00 on Amazon Prime. Comes with unit, sensor, gauge, and harness.
i like that the gauge is separate from the controller so you don't have to mount it at all OR it can also be daisy chained to be multifunction if you decide to use one of their other units (egt, etc.) down the road.

I was debating on even needing the gauge. It's just for data logging right now. it's a stock d-series. I want to get started tuning before I turbo it. So I don't really need a gauge I guess for now
As long as you have log, you don't need a gauge. It's nice to have when you're cruising around and can make mental notes of areas you need to go back and log for tuning.
The PLX is 149.00 without the gauge iirc. Whatever you get, make sure it uses the 4.9 sensor.

Don't forget that the "imfd" is compatible with many data loggers and hondata! Meaning you can have a digital afr read out in your datalogs and forget about any analog issues. And not just afr, you can buy the sensors separately from the multi gauge and log them all as easily. One gauge can read from all the sensors. They have egt, iat, water/oil temp, wb02, map and a few more I think. The gauge also reads battery voltage, wb02 health and wb02 response time as a bonus. Oh and zero calibration.
I do find the display reads a little slow but that's no consequence to the datalogs, the output is as fast as my datalog samples.
I will eventually have all the plx sensors I think
Edit: nice to see a few other votes for plx.
I agree the gauge is worth it, even when I'm not logging it's nice to know where I'm hitting at certain times, also shows me if I'm cruising gentle enough and in the leaner/fuel saving part of my map, but you can datalog analog and digital without it. Analog, you only get wb02 and Sim nb outputs, digital you'd get all 4 you'd see on the gauge I believe, bat voltage, afr, wb02 response time and wb02 health.
i have a Innovative lm2 and Koso widebands.. ** koso is from a ATV or motorcycle.. it only displays AFR.. u cannot hook it up to ur ecu.. it comes with a Nice Display screen.. good for just tuning other cars..
i used that setup prior to getting a PLX for a smoking deal. The response is a bit slower than the PLX, but it works great. It is at its best for wide open throttle pulls and steady state tuning, it was a bit slower to react with sudden throttle changes, but the circuity IS cheap on it. If you were local you could have it with the sensor for $40.
