Is there a MES connector in 2008 accord coupe?

1. There is no Memory Erase Signal (MES) connector on the 8th generation Accords like previous generations.

2. Did the airbag deploy? There is no resetting of the SRS unit after deployment. The DTC's are suppose to be permanent after a collision and the SRS light stays on. It is software implemented. Honda probably doesn't want the liability of it not working in case of another collision. The SRS unit has to be replaced after airbag deployment.

The SRS unit has a self-diagnostic function.

No it did not and no collision, just moving the passenger seat triggered the light to stay on. If there is no mes connection what is that yellow one in my photo? It has 2 pins.

The yellow harness connector wires are power wires to the SRS unit. One wire is power via Fuse No. 11 and the other wire is power from Fuse No. 12. Both wires have power when the ignition switch is in ON or START.

Thanks. So this connector is not MES connector but a power connctor, does it mean there is no way for me to reset the SRS code manually using the MES shorting method anymore in 8th Gen Honda Accord because of absence of this MES connector? except using a professional grade bi-directional scanner that has SRS menu to get the code and re-set the code via the OBDII connector/port.
Any suggestion.
