Default Condensation in turn signal

It just got cold (10 degrees F for a low and 25 for highs)and snowed about a foot last week in colorado. For some reason I have condensation in my right rear turn signal. Any thoughts on how it got there and how to remove it. BTW I have a 98 Prelude.

You've got broken seals... Take them off and let them dry completely then use a hot glue gun and go over the seals.
