Default 2003 Accord EXL Windshield Washer Flow Problem

I have a 2003 Accord EXL. When I activate the windshield washer, The wipers start and I hear the pump motor but there is no flow to the nozzles. The reservoir is full there is no fluid on the floor and nothing even dribbles from either nozzle. I can't see where the hoses run but I assume I'll have to take off the tire and the splash guard to see the pump motor but I can't see where the hose comes up to get to the cowl and the nozzles. I don't know if the pump is just too weak or if there is a clog somewhere in the system. How do I diagnose and fix this problem?

Could be a clog, the hose is in the cowl near the windshield wiper motors, there is a small door that will allow you to get to the drivers side nozzle and remove the hose. Might want to try that first and see if you get any fluid to come up, the nozzles could be clogged or there is not enough pressure being built up in the pump to push the fluid out.
