they look the same, but i'm wondering the mounting. anyone with integra fogs, look at this picture and tell me if it all looks the same. I heard somewhere that the 4-door accord lights fit

 

with enough effort anything will fit.

take one to acura and ask the parts dept if they have any in stock, and if you can compare one against the other.

or if they don't have any in stock, is there someone there that can point out the differences, if any.

and lastly, if they aren't the same as the stock integras, you can always just drill the holes and put them in.

 

First off.. the people at the dealership will tell you they are different part numbers therefor they will not fit correctly.. this may be true, but i doubt it. Like samagon said, with some effort anything will fit. I think foglights are one of those things that can really fit any car. Even without drilling new holes, i bet you could get it to fit, but i know for a fact you can get them to fit somehow.. its called ingenuity..
