Default 95 Honda Accord That Will Not Start Sometimes

I have a 95 Honda Accord that will not start sometimes. Seems like something is cutting the current off to the fuel pump. Used to start when jiggled the wire under the hood randomly all over the place but the last 2 days it would not start. We pulled the vehicle to move it got back in started right up. Left if go overnight next morning it would not start again. Replaced wires, checked connectors still would not start. Had no fuel, had spark so wife was in the car played with the shifter put in neutral and it started right up. Put it back in park shut the car off and would not start in park, put it in neutral an the car started right up. Left it run for about 10 minutes, shut it back off afterwards it would then start in park. Went out today car will not start in park or neutral. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Sounds like it could be the neutral safety switch connection is loose or a bad main relay.

There are a few YouTube videos of how to fix the, very common, Honda main relay issue.

Thank you for the reply. I checked the main relay and re-soder all joints an put it back in still would not start. I did not hear the fuel pump running. I put the shifter in neutral and it started up. I turned the car off put the shifter back into park and the car would not start again. I put it back in neutral and it started up, I turned the car off again and put the car back into park and then it started again. So I removed the neutral safety switch took it apart and checked all connectors. I cleaned it and put it all back together. I am taking notice if you let it sit for a while and you turn the key on you won't hear the fuel pump running at first if you let the key on in the on position after about 5-10 seconds you'll hear the fuel pump jump on. Then the car will start. If you turn the key off and on after that first time it will start right away. The longer it sits the longer the hesitation in the fuel pump to start running when the key is turned on. Again thank you for any help. P.S. Do you think that it is the ignition switch.

We need to specifically know if it's cranking or not.

Went to bone yard and took computer out of a 94 accord automatic. Put the computer into our car now the fuel pump works great an car starts every time but when driving an pulling out it's not shifting into first gear it's like you would be pulling out in second. Does the ecm control the automatic transmission? Looked at the old ecm computer pins 1 and 12 soder looks to be bad. Anyone know which pins control the fuel pump? If you have a schematic of the ecm can you please provide it for us? Would like to try to repair the computer and put it back into the car. Our car is the 95 Honda Accord Ex with an automatic transmission. Thank you.

1995 Honda Accord Dx
4 cylinder 2.2L

I had it running without motor oil a while, and occasionally it would shut off while driving. I would be able to start the car back up and drive away. Yesterday I was driving and it shut off, and it wouldn't start back up. I put more gas and motor oil in it, but it still won't start up. It does crank, but it doesn't ignite to where I can drive the car. Could this be because I had driven the car without motor oil for so long? I checked the dipstick and it still looks like I need to put more motor oil in. Or could this be a problem with the fuel pump or main relay? Pictures and comments are greatly appreciated, I tried to give as much information as I could.

The ecu is connected to the tcm by a couple wires. It's possible some of the wires have been damaged or the tcu is suffering. I had a similar problem where the caps died in my ecu and car would no longer start. I was getting weird trans issues so I replaced the tcm a little later along with the speed sensor and all is good

You should compression test the motor to see if the engine has been severely damaged. If it's good, then check for fuel and spark.
