Humming noise

Humming noise
Hey whats up everyone. I have a dilemma that i cant really solve. I recently started to hear this humming sound coming from behind the glove box and you can also hear it around fuse box under the hood. The noise is not a high pitch but cant figure out what it is. Can anyone help? Oh also the noise goes away when i accelerate. Thanks in advance.
