So at first i thought it be the starter since it wasnt reaching the flywheel went ahead and bought a new one cor the b2 motor now it does the same thing but this time i can see the engine rotating but wont start help any one please
So you now know that you have a no spark issue.
Do you have access to a multimeter? What distributor are you using, F22A or F22B? Was it a direct swap or did it require some wiring modifications?
So much better to troubleshoot and test parts in a system vs randomly replacing parts in the hopes that you fix the issue.
You want to test the ignition coil, ICM/ignitor and ignition module. start at the coil and work your way back. There are a number of DIY's that can be found via Google on how to test all of these components.
