hi guys, just recieved my JDM header......
now in the below pic, the parts you see....... is that all the parts required for the install, minus the cat of cos.

another Q to those who have the bracket: do they come with bolts? becos mine doesnt have any.

You can reuse the bolts that are holding your old bracket...

just make sure that you get a longer bolt for the hole in the bracket that has the thick washer.

Willard, why didn't you remove the old bracket? Mine was touching the header (=rattles)...

 

that is Pat's old car...
I think it was pushed towards the oil pan and did not rattle.

I have the JDM hanger and enjoy it.

 

Where can I find the donut needed to bolt-up/install my JDM header? How much should I be looking to spend? Thanks in advance for your help. .

 

Go to your Honda dealer, it's the same as the S2000 donut...

I reused my usdm header bracket with my dc jdm header. No problems, no rattles, bracket hasn't broken, nothing. You can reuse the bracket bolts you have, btw....

 

i have jdc dc 4-1

and got the header bracker but it didnt fit. the holes dont even line up

The DC JDM header is designed to be used with the 96-spec bracket (USDM) so there is no need to get the JDM 98-spec header bracket. My DC JDM did end up tearing through the stock bracket after a few months though so I ultimately had to just remove the bracket anyway.

But the bracket not fitting is nothing has to do with the header. the bracket wont fit the CAR
