Bluetooth button on steering wheel 2014 CR-V broken?
Hi--
Noob here with a Bluetooth problem in my 2014 CR-V. For the past month I've had no success when trying to make a call by using the Call button on the steering wheel--I press Call, say the name I want to call, hear the dial tone, and then nothing happens. No call goes through, and I can't cancel the call! Which means that I also can't use the radio or CD player, because it's all frozen. It won't unfreeze until I turn off the car and turn it on again. Receiving calls isn't a problem, and I can make a call manually (pressing the number on my phone) that will go through Bluetooth. It seems like the only problem is the Call button.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 running Android 5.0. No other problems or issues with the phone pairing to the car; I can listen to music and podcasts.
Questions: Is this a button issue, a firmware issue, a?? How much should/will it cost to fix? Should I bother?
Thanks for your help--
