Hi All,

I have a 5 door 09 Civic ES, just developed a central locking issue (perhaps).

The remote fob, is able to unlock the passenger door and both rear doors, but the driver door and the boot remain locked. If I manually unlock (using key in driver door lock), then all doors and boot unlock as it used to with the fob.

When locking, if I use the fob, all doors lock normally.

So in summary, the fob works fine when locking all doors, but when unlocking, the driver door and boot remain locked.

I have replaced battery in the fob, and checked the fuses - all ok. I would have thought all doors would remain locked if it was a sync issue with the FOB, the issue happens regardless of which fob I use.

Any ideas?

Similar issue here but with passenger side >> it is unlocked regardless of what I do
