Hi fellas,

Need some assistance on figuring out this nasty noise coming from my engine. It sounds like valvetrain noise but it's really loud. I just put a CAI on it last night and took it for a drive and ran great. Running strong and then got home and shut it off. Let the car sit for a bit as I put everything back together and when I started it again, the noise started. Car is a 2008 Civic SI. Any help is appreciated.

 

The car didn't have this before installing new intake? If so, you prolly left something loose and its bouncing around.

 

swap back out the intake and see if ut goes away

 

Gonna try and put the stock intake back.
