Default civic trailing arm on integra with integra wheel hub/bearing?

I bent my passenger side trailing arm on my dc4 integra. I need to get it back up and running asap so I am considering everything. I can't find a good integra trailing arm within a reasonable distance but there are some civic trailing arms locally... Here's the main question. Can I use a civic trailing arm, install a new integra rear wheel hub/bearing, and then transfer brake parts i.e. caliper mounting bracket, caliper, rotor, etc... Will this work or not and does it matter if the trailing arm originally came with drums or discs? I have searched a lot but cannot find this addressed directly. I have read that the trailing arms are the same but I'm still not sure if this will work... any insight is appreciated, Thanks.
