91 Accord runs rough low to mid rpms
I'm getting a strange shutter coming from the motor at about 1-2k rpm at acceleration. I've tried changing Plugs, since the ones that were in there were pooched. Nothing happened. Also installed a new O², nothing. Still rough.
It did run fine a while back, but randomly started happening half way through a 2 hour commute and has stuck around since. Any other ideas? Injectors maybe?

Number 2 injector is not firing. I've swapped injector one and two and still number 2 not firing. So I know it's not the injectors. All new Spark Plugs. New distributor. Lots of Spark on all cylinders.
I've been reading and found that the only last two things it could be are either the computer, or injector resistor box. So I'll see if that fixes anything.
Disconnect the egr valve connector. After the car has warmed up it will throw a code for egr, which is what you want. See if the issue goes away.
First you said injector 2 is not firing, then you said it's not the injectors. I'm not really understanding what you're saying here, but I would say just pull an injector for another of the same accord at the junkyard if it's not firing.

What I'm saying is the electrical side of the injector is not firing. The injector itself works. Since I've swapped it with another one on the same motor (ie. I took injector #1 and #2, and swapped them both for each other. So #2 went into #1, and vise versa). But the issue isn't in the injector. It's still misfiring on #2. I've tried different computers, resistor box, distributors...
