So my dash vents aren't working but the defroster and floor vents are.. I switched the climate control last winter with a 92 accord control and looks like all the wiring is good, so any idea on why they aren't working?

 

My internet diagnosis would be that your accord climate control is causing this. Seeing as it's just flaps back there that open/close to change the venting, it's uncommon for vents to not "work".

 

My guess is either the Accord heater controls are not properly controlling the Mod Control Motor, or linkage is off the MCM.

To check, stick your head up under the dash on drives side so you can see the MCM and it's linkage, press, or have someone press the vent control button, if MCM does not move the problem is most likely the Accord heater control or wiring from it to the MCM.

At the same time you can see if al the linkage is connected. 94
