Default Xenon build 2004 Honda Accord Tourer

Hey guys, I would like to enquire about xenon buliding steps. Ok, I know that I will need to buy a HID kit. But i have read that HID kits may injure the headlight cover. So I was wondering... Will I have to replace the projectors of the headlights? Or will I have to replace anything else or I just simply replace the bulbs and build in the ballasts and done?
Thank you for your replies
Adam

It is highly recommended to do a retrofit on your headlights to projectors when running an HID kit . Your headlight covers will be fine when running the kit . I would worry more for the protection from the sun .
