Jim Sir CEL
I was going to a car show taking the Sir with me. The bay had plenty of dust in it from sitting, so I washed it out. Some water somehow got down the spark plug tunes causing a misfire. I put new plugs and wires on, now the car is running fine. But now the cel? (probably not the cel, but what is it) is on and won't reset even with disconnecting the battery. Car runs fine. What do you guys think?
To get the water out, you can open up your connectors and flush them out with a can of brake cleaner and then compressed air (or just let them air dry).
When you go to put the connector back together, it's a good idea to get some silicone dielectric grease and add it to the connector body before putting it back together.
The rubber seals in the connectors go bad over time so the grease will help refresh those aged connectors.

If you want to verify if that is a CEL you can take a peek at the ECU and see if the LED is flashing. I've seen some indicator lights are slightly different depending on the trim/market/etc so that might be the check engine light with a different icon than we're used to. I tried to look on google briefly but didn't find anything right away.
