Easiest way to rust roof my civic
Hi all. Recently I've been thinking of rust proofing my 91 civic. It's a southern car now being driven in Michigan. I've see a lot of local cars, they all rust. My cAr has a new engine and transmission. I want it to last. I want to see if there is an easy way to get it done in my driveway with minimal time and cost. I don't really car too much about appearance. So looking a little rough is ok to me.
I'm thinking of jacking up the car. Then use brass wheel and angle grinder to clean off the bottom of the car. Then use brush to apply chasis saver. Will such a plan work ?

that is exactly what i did to my teg for my restoration. i cant tell you if it holds up or not, the car is still on jackstands lol. i went an extra step and i applied rubberized undercoating over top of the chassis saver as an extra precaution.
