Default 2000 civic dx coupe vibration

Okay just bought this car and I'm still working out the kinks. It's a dx coupe without abs and I drive it 80 miles round trip to work. Problem is I have a bad vibration that comes in on the way home later on in the afternoon (usually about a 15 degree difference outside (texas)). Same stretch of road only on the way home. It's about a 5 mile stretch that likes to bring out a real bad vibration in the front. No rumble from the wheel bearings from what I hear but I do have a real small vibration constantly but barely noticeable when driving. Just gets real bad on this same stretch. I've jacked it up and did the bearing moving the wheel test and nothing. Depressed the clutch when it happens to try and rule out axles and keeps vibrating. It's about a 60mph to 80mph range. There is no axle clicking when hard turns to either side when taking off in 1st or reverse. I know the rotors need to be turned for sure or at least replaced. And when I bought the car it has a slouch to the front driver side which I assumed it needs a new strut which is currently in route of shipping from company. But my question is, could the rotors be the culprit or the struts? I'm stumped and trying to figure out what to get next. Wheels were balanced last Saturday and still does it. Could be a bent rim still but I'm wanting a second opinion. Checked all ball joints and theyre in great condition. Any help would be appreciated... thanks!

There is a stretch of road here by my house that is a tollway side road that looks brand new but will cause all of my cars to have a same front end vibration. If it's only happening on that one stretch of road it's probably just the road itself

Warped rotors would cause different issues, blown shock could cause that issue but it is more likely just that stretch of road

If you drive 80 miles and only experience the vibration for 5 mins sounds like it's the road.

Would it really be that bad? Ill try and record it on the way home and post it up later. It gets pretty bad almost like a tire separating vibration. Enough to make me want to slow down to anything under 60mph.

You said texas, if you're in dallas on the 121 service road heading west before thr tollway then yes, the road does that with all of my cars

If it only happens on that stretch of road and it happens every time then it's the road.don't over think it.
