Default Replacing Crankshaft and Camshaft Seals

Greetings to all,
I need to replace the leaky crankshaft seal and the camshaft seal (might as well) on my 1993 accord Ex.
I found the procedure on how to replace the timing belt on YouTube.
After removing the timing belt, here are my questions:
- For the camshaft seal: After holding the camshaft gear with a pulley holder, loosening the bolt, how do I remove the gear? Do I need a puller or other tools?
- For the crankshaft seal: After removing the timing belt, how to I remove the crankshaft gear to have access to the seal? Do I need a puller or other tools?

Thx and BR

You will need a puller for the crank timing pulley.
