2000 Civic EX, factory D16Y8 ODB2. Only throwing CEL code for the coolant temp sensor.

Stupid, newb question, I know. I've searched this forum and search engines for this specific info and can't find the answer I'm looking for. It's been years since I've worked on a Honda engine. Anyway, yeah..stupid ole me can't remember the exact location of the sensor. Is it not the sensor that's connected directly to the thermostat housing? (The one you unplug when changing the thermostat..) My bad for the stupid question, lmao. Just wanna double check to be sure. Mods: Feel free to delete after I get the right reply..
