Check engine light? Vacuum leaks? And what ecu are you running?

Check and see if that port is leaking vacuum if it is find what it goes to and either hook it up or plug it. And Google how to pull the codes.

any parts store should be able to pull the codes for you.

See the Codes sticky at the top. You don't need a code reader to pull codes.

Also check whether the mechanical timing is off by a tooth.

compression is too low on that setup, unchipped/tuned p28 will never run that correctly.

Checked codes I got 10 21 and 41 witch by my understanding shouldnt be limiting it at 3000 rpm o2 sensor and vtec wiring kit are in the mail the only reason I discovered this was when I went on a test run it acts completely normal till 3000 rpm then it fluctuates up and down from 2500 to 3500 rpms with pedal most of the way down ( didn't wanna push it) and feels like it not getting gas car will never die tho idles around 700 to 900
