Default Input shaft?

What's up ht I have a 92 cx hatchback luckily with a d15b7 instead of the b8 lol but I've searched and can't quite seem to find what I'm looking for. When I start my car everything is fine as long as the clutch pushed in but as soon as I release the clutch I get a whirling buzz noise but goes away as soon as I engage the clutch. Clutch is relatively new so just curious whats up

Default Re: Input shaft?

Check transmission fluid level. You likely need to replace the input shaft bearing(s) inside the transmission. The outside one goes bad long before any other part of the transmission shows much wear.
