Default Replaced tranny, won't start now

I have a 1998 Honda Accord V-6. I replaced the transmission with a 2002 model B7XA and now it will not start. When the engine turns over the speedometer jumps up the 60 mph and the green D4 light flickers. All of the connectors are hooked up. I'm baffled, any suggestions?

Check the ground wire and connection (G101) located under the throttle body area. Photo of G101 is part of my post (#4) in this other thread.
