Will 01 gsr Comptech i/h/e fit on to 95 gsr, if not why not???

Will 01 gsr Comptech i/h/e fit on to 95 gsr, if not why not???
I'm going through difficult times right now and may have to sell my baby, which means removing all the mods and making it stock.
My dad has a 95 gsr which I may have to purshase, just to reduce my risk. i.e. theift.
So like the topis says will 01 gsr Comptech i/h/e fit on a 95 gsr, if not why???

If you switch over your whole exhaust system, including cat, it will fit. Just weld up the extra o2 bung or leave an o2 sensor in there.

Dude, you just got your car! You have to sell it now??
Plus he pays some of the insurance, so I don't. Either way if I have to sell it I'll put in the paper for $19,000 as NADA suggest it's worth, I'll never get calls on it but hey that's what it's worth.
But as for the mods goes I would imaginie the header fits fine, the ice box fits fine, but if the cat back does fit to the 95 gsr cat I could just get a high flow cat right.

I really don't want to don't this, but my Dad says he can't stand to watch me wreck my car. WTF??? He thinks that I'm wrecking my car because of the mods I've done to it and that I autox it once a month if that.

Your dad thinks your messing up your 01 with mods but hes gonna let you mod the 95.....I dont get it. Pops has good choice of rides though. OBD1 gsrs are not bad cars at all.
