Stock spring rate.
What is the stock spring rate for a Base 98 Prelude or a the 5th gen. Ever since one of my auto-x buddies has considered a suspension setup he's been doing research on spring rates and has determined that 300-400 lbs is pretty good for auto-x and stiff.
I have Tanabe Super H springs on my car which lowers the car 1" and Tanabe has stated on their website that the Super H's are 30-40% stiffer than stock. I do remember that the Tanabes were much hard to compress than stock, but I want actual numbers.

Cool same springs I have.
Anyways, no one knows really. But there are estimates.
F: 180-200
R: 120-175
Someone on another board guessed the TANABES would be around 260F/212R.
