I must say that owning this car has been a dream come true. Too long of a wait. But it is pretty lonely. I haven't gone to a meet since 2000. I lost touch with most of these people. I do not want to go to a car meet nowadays as it seems to be a thiefs' shopping mall.

I know this is probably a longshot. It seems like all the meets are in the West Coast (mikey). Always wanted to go to one. So... Looking to get together with local Type R owners for a meet and greet. Just looking to see if this is even feasible. I know R owners are the skittish type.

Just so we are clear. This is just a meet and greet. Nothing special. Maybe at a hidden Tim Hortons (no Starbucks,this is Canada).

For those who are considering, leave a post. Lets see if this is possible

Awesome you have a CDM 01-1246! I have 01-1233. I wonder how many are CDM 2001 are still on the road.

 

I'd be open to hanging out with a few type r owners. I could probably round up a couple more as well.
