Default 99 Honda Civic DX d4 light flashing

We have a 99 Honda Civic DX. We have done a lot of work on this stupid car. The transmission is good, sensors have all been replaced, new manifold, seals, plugs, wires, radiator, hoses. The d4 light is still flashing. We ran codes on it and all it says is # 1 is running rich. What could it possibly be now?

See CEL codes sticky (yellow smiley face) at the top of the forum.

Retrieve all CEL and D4 codes and post them.

1) This^ is not a code. Post the actual CEL code.

2) If the D4 light is flashing, then there is minimally one additional code stored in the ECU.

Click the CEL codes sticky and read it carefully. It tells you exactly how to retrieve both CEL and D4 codes.
