In 2000 miles, I've lost over a quart of oil. I don't know where it's going... I checked for leaks, but all I've found is a very slow leak from the vtec solenoid, which is not enough to lose a quart this quickly. Checked the exhaust and the soot on my muffler isn't sticky of greasy. Any ideas? I'm using Penzoil 5w-30 if that helps. Thanks ^_^

98k miles. I'll try 10w 30 next time, see if that helps

 

or even 10w40

last time is used Mobil 1 (half 5w30, half 10w30,,,thats wut i had around)
burned over a quart at 2k miles

Now im using Castrol 10w30 and oversized filter....working good so far

 

This is a sign of worn oil rings or valve seals.
